Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Nut Muffins

0.33 cup dry Organic Medium Grind Cornmeal
16 tsp Pure Cane Sugar
0.33 cup Whole Wheat Flour
5.33 tbsp Raw Wheat Germ
0.75 tsp Kosher Salt
1 cup, chopped Pecans
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Nancy's Plain Nonfat Yogurt
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.33 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup, chopped Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Nut Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Add the rest of ingredients.

  4. Mix until even and moist.

  5. Spoon even amounts into 12 pre-greased muffin pans.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
