My Own Creation of Cranberry Muffins. A bit on the tart side.

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Muffins

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons flax seed
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup cranberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Muffins

mix and bake in 375 degree oven. Makes 12 muffins.
