Recipe Ingredients for cranberry muffins

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1 cup cranberries

Recipe Directions for cranberry muffins

  1. combine dry ingredients and whisk

  2. combine sugar with cranberries and add to dry ingredients

  3. beat egg, milk and oil

  4. make well in flour mixture and add liquid

  5. mix gently only until flour is combined

  6. drop into greased muffin tin

  7. bake at 450 for 20 minutes
