Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Muffins

1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar, confectors
4 tbsp butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Muffins

Lightly grease 2 muffin pans with a little butter. Strain the flour, baking powder, and salt into a mixing bowl. Stir in superfine sugar.
