Cranberry muffins made with white whole wheat flour and buttermilk.

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Muffins

2 c. whole wheat flour
2/3 c. turbinado sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
3 tbsp. organic butter
6 oz. cranberries
1 tsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix wet ingredients together.

  3. Mix dry ingredients together.

  4. Make well in dry ingredients, pour in wet and mix till combined, then add in cranberries.

  5. Fill muffin pan and sprinkle sugar on tops.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
