Absolutely wonderful cranberry mold for any occasion

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Mold

12 oz cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
3 oz raspberry gelatin
2 cups cranberry juice (no sugar added)
8 oz crushed pineapple
2/3 cup chopped pecans

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Mold

  1. Process cranberries for 30 seconds until coarsley chopped

  2. Stir cranberries and sugar in bowl and set aside

  3. stir gelatin with boiling water for 2 minutes and add juice

  4. Chill for 30 minutes

  5. Stir in cranberries, pineapple, and pecan and celery, into lightly greased bundt pan cover and chill for several hours
