Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Low Fat Bran Muffins

1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
3 grams Salt, Table
0.13 cup Sugars, Granulated
6 tsp No Calorie Sweetener
2 cup Original Cereal
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 large Egg, Whole
0.33 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
0.5 cup Dried Cranberries
6 tsp, whole Flaxseed

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Low Fat Bran Muffins

Sift together dry ingredients, combine bran cereal and milk allow to sit until moist, combine flour mixture and remaining ingredients until just combined. May also add cinnamon, nutmeg to taste. pour even amount into 12 cupcakes lined with paper. Bake @ 400 degrees (F) for 25 minutes or until golded brown.
