Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry-Lemon Souffle

12 oz Cranberries
1 packet Singles to Go! Soft Drink Mix
2 c egg beaters
1 serving Almond Milk
1 T imitation vanilla
1 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Cranberry-Lemon Souffle

  1. Put cranberries in greased dish

  2. Stir drink mix & soda into milk

  3. Whisk in egg beaters, vanilla, & flour

  4. Pour over cranberries

  5. Bake @ 350 until set, 1 hr-ish
