A really yummy breakfast recipe that keeps me full till lunch and is also great for inbetween

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Granola

1 tablespoon oil
3 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Granola

  1. Heat oil in a pan and toast oats and chopped almonds plus a little brown sugar.

  2. remove from heat and cool slightly.

  3. In a pan heat butter, sugar, and maple syrup till it bubbles. Add oats and cranberries.

  4. Stir until well mixed. Spread on a baking sheet with parchment paper on it and let dry overnight.

  5. Store in airtight container.
