Fruit relish..great on hot oatmeal, as a dressing on a cold cut sandwich, as a side or a dessert. Will keep for several days in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Fruit Relish

3 1/2 c fresh cranberries
1 orange
1 medium apple
1/2 c brown sugar
20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Fruit Relish

Chop cranberries, orange & apple. Add brown sugar and spices. Add pineapple. Chill.
