Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry and edamame quinoa

1/2 cup quinoa
1 cup water
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup edamame
2 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Cranberry and edamame quinoa

  1. Simmer quinoa in water until water has been absorbed (about 15 minutes).

  2. Cook edamame in boiling water until it is al dente.

  3. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
