This recipe needs some work, tastes a little odd.

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Crumble

2 cup cranberries
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp orange zest
1 1/2 cup white flour
1 1/2 cup oats
7/10 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Crumble

  1. Cook cranberries, sugar and orange zest until thickened and reduced.

  2. Stir together flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.

  3. With a fork, blend in softened butter into flour mixture.

  4. Press 70% of mixture into the bottom of a 9x9`` pan.

  5. Spread cranberries over, and top with remaining flour mixture.

  6. Bake at 350F for about 20-30 minutes.

  7. Allow to cool before cutting, or it will fall apart.
