Recipe Ingredients for CRANBERRY COUSCOUS

1 1/2 cup uncooked Couscous
1 tbsp Butter
2 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, Chicken Broth
1/3 cup Dried Cranberries
1 serving Green Onions

Recipe Directions for CRANBERRY COUSCOUS

ADD BROTH AND BUTTER TO SAUCE PAN. IF USING REGULAR CHOPPED ONIONS INSTEAD OF GREEN ONIONS ADD AT THIS TIME. BRING TO A BOIL. ADD DRY COUSCOUS AND CRANBERRIES. STIP, COVER AND REMOVE FROM HEAT. LET SET 5 MINUTES.
