Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry cornbread

2 tbls unsalted butter
1 cup cranberries
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tbls baking powder
1 cup milk
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Cranberry cornbread

  1. 400 degrees/20 minutes

  2. Crush cranberries and mix with confectioner's sugar before adding to dry ingredients

  3. add wet to dry and fold

  4. grease pan
