Recipe Ingredients for cranberry cookies

2/3 cup walnuts, crushed
1/4 cup sugar, granulated
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla, extract
2 egg whites
1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries, sweetened chopped
1/4 cup orange juice, concentrate
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp orange, extract

Recipe Directions for cranberry cookies

  1. Preheat overn to 375

  2. Place nuts in a food processor, process until smooth

  3. Lightly spoon flour into dry measureing cups

  4. Divide chilled dough into 27 equal portions

  5. Bake cookies for 9 mins
