Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Compote

3 cup, chopped Cranberries
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 small (2-1/4" dia) Tangerines, (Mandarin Oranges)
2 oz Apricots, Dried, Sulfured, Uncooked
1 1/2 oz Crystallized Ginger

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Compote

Bring water and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add cranberries and return to a boil. Reduce heat and boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour sauce into a bowl, cover and cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes 2.25 cups.
