This is a nice light coleslaw, made with simple honey dressing. I used 1 tbsp honey but you can use 2. I also used light mayo to save on the calories. Love this. You can serve this on a cabbage leaf.

Recipe Ingredients for cranberry coleslaw

2 oz light mayonnaise
1 tbsp Honey
0.33 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup, chopped Cranberries
4 cup, chopped Cabbage
1 cup, chopped Carrots

Recipe Directions for cranberry coleslaw

For dressing, sitr together mayonnaise, honey and vinegar. Set aside. Toss the cabbage, carrots and chopped cranberries together, drizzle with dressing. Mix together. Cover and refrigerate for 45 to meld flavours.
