Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Broccoli Slaw

16 oz. broccoli slaw
1/2 cup almonds, sliced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup lite mayo
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons splenda
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Broccoli Slaw

In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, mayo, splenda, vinegar and cayenne. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw, almonds and cranberries. Stir the dressing mix into the vegetables. You can serve immediately or let chill in the refrigerator. This salad keeps really well, it doesn't get "runny" like some slaws do once they've set for awhile.
