Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Bread

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup unbleached white flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 1/2 cup cranberries, fresh
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Bread

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Mix together. Add cranberries. Pour into greased & floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
