Recipe Ingredients for cranberry bread

4 1/2 cups wheat flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
1 egg
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoon canola oil
1 1/2 cup chopped cranberries
1/2 cup mashed banana

Recipe Directions for cranberry bread

stir the flour ,yeast sugar&salt together.add lime juice,egg milk,oil& water.knead together .allow it to rest.add cranberies & bananas.allow it to rise for 2 hours .shape it in to a braid.allow it rise double insize in the tray.bake at 325 o F for 55 minutes.
