Recipe Ingredients for cranberry bread

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon orange rind
3/4 cup orange juice
1 large egg
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped cranberries

Recipe Directions for cranberry bread

  1. blend flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, baking powder, butter until it resembles course meal.

  2. in small bowle whisk zest, juice, and egg.

  3. Add mixture to large bowl

  4. Stif until just combined.

  5. stir in coarsely chopped cranberries

  6. bake 1 hour 15 min at 350 F
