Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Banana Nut Muffins

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
1/3 cup pecan pieces
2 oz Craisins

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Banana Nut Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Cream together sugar and butter.

  3. Add in bananas.

  4. Add eggs one at a time.

  5. Add in the rest of the ingredients.

  6. Bake 25 minutes or until done.
