416 grams Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

185 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
68 grams Celery
150 grams Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for cranberry balsamic chicken

  1. Marinate chicken breast in 6 table spoons of fat free no sugar added cranberry balsalmic vinegrett for 30 minutes. Saute onion, peppers, and celery for 5 minutes.

  2. Add thinly sliced chicken breast. Cook 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, and broccoli. Cover and heat for 5 minutes until broccoli is bright green.
