A holiday favorite lightened up in calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Apple Crisp


Fruit mixture:
5 c (5 Med.)sliced peeled apples
1 1/2 c fresh cranberries
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c splenda
2 T flour
1 t cinnamon

Topping:
1 c rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. margarine
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Apple Crisp

  1. Pre heat oven @ 375 degrees.

  2. Spray 9x13 with spray release. Combine all fruit mixture. Put in pan.

  3. In a small bowl combine oats,flour and brown sugar. Cut in margarine with knife or fork til crumbly. Add nuts. Sprinkle over fruit.

  4. Bake for 30 to 40 min til golden brown and apples are tender.

  5. Makes 10 servings.
