Recipe Ingredients for cranberry almond oatmeal cookies

1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup dried cranberries (craisins)
1/4 cup slivered almonds
2 tbsp ground flax seed

Recipe Directions for cranberry almond oatmeal cookies

  1. -Heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. -Beat together pumpkin, applesauce and sugar

  3. -Add eggs and vanilla, beat well

  4. -Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon salt ; mix

  5. -Stir in oats, craisins, flaxseed and almonds

  6. -Drop rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet

  7. -Bake 10 mins.

  8. -Let cool one minute
