Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Almond Chocolate Cookies

3/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 large eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup almonds (coursely chopped)

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Almond Chocolate Cookies

  1. Preheat over to 375

  2. Lightly spray baking sheet with canola oil

  3. In medium bowl whisk oil, sugar, honey, eggs & vanilla

  4. In large bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt & cocoa

  5. Use a wooden spoon and stir oil into flour mixture

  6. Add oats, cranberries & almonds until just combined

  7. Bake 10-12 minutes

  8. Cool on rack
