1 cup regular rolled oats
1 cup barley
1 cup bulgur
1 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Cranberry-Almond Cereal Mix

  1. For two breakfast servings, in a small saucepan bring 11/3 cups water to boiling.

  2. Stir cereal mix before measuring:

  3. Add 2/3 cup of the cereal mix to the boiling water.

  4. Reduce heat.

  5. Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes or until cereal reaches desired consistency.
