Heather's recipe with a few tweaks. This version calls for all whole wheat flour, I use nutriblend, so it has the nutritional stats of whole wheat, but tastes like white.

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Almond Bread

1 cup all bran cereal
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 egg (slightly beaten)
2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp coconut extract
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped almonds
