A great smoothie for winter, when cranberries are in season. Chock full of Vitamin C for chasing away the sniffles.

Recipe Ingredients for Cran-zania

1 1/4 c. cranberry juice
1/2 c. sorbet, raspberry
1 T. orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 c. orange, frozen
1/2 c. cranberries, frozen

Recipe Directions for Cran-zania

  1. Combine the cranberry juice, sorbet, and orange juice concentrate in a blender.

  2. Add the frozen orange segments and cranberries.

  3. Blend until smooth.
