1 oz 100% Cranberry 100 Juice
7 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Cran-Water

I prefer to make this in bulk and keep it in the fridge so it's easy to use in smoothies and drink all day long. Buy a 2.5gal drink dispenser (with spigot works great). Put a 32oz bottle of the cranberry in it, and fill with water using the empty cranberry bottle (fill it 7 times with water).
