Recipe Ingredients for Cran-Raspberry Gelatin

1 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup raspberry jam or spreadable fruit
3 ounces raspberry gelatin
12 ounces cranberries
1 green apple, quartered
8 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained

Recipe Directions for Cran-Raspberry Gelatin

In a bowl, dissolve galtin in water. Place cranberries, apple, jam and gelatin mixture in a blender or food processor; cover and process until fruit is coarsely chopped. Transfer to a bowl; stir in pineapple. Refrigerate until set.
