No egg, no added sugar or fat. Very dense and filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Cran-Oat Muffins

1 1/2 cups oats
1 1/4 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp flaxseed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup raisins
2 cups cranberry sauce
1/2 cup plain yogurt

Recipe Directions for Cran-Oat Muffins

  1. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, flaxseed, salt and raisins in large bowl.

  2. Add cranberry sauce and plain yogurt; mix well.

  3. Scoop into 12 paper-lined muffin cups -- an ice cream scoop works great for this.

  4. Bake at 375F for 20-25 mins.
