Recipe Ingredients for Cran-applesauce muffins

180 cup Sorghum Flour, Sweet White
180 c Teff Whole Grain
180 c Millet Flour
25920 g Tapioca Starch
12960 g Potato Starch
2 T brown sugar
1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon, ground
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1 c chunky applesauce
1/4 c oil
1 T flaxseed
1/3 c cranberries, dried

Recipe Directions for Cran-applesauce muffins

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. combine dry ingredients

  3. add wet till just combined

  4. Fold in cranberries

  5. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full; bake @ 350 for 20 min until toothpick comes out clean
