20 grams Pumpkin Seeds
45 grams Wheat bran
50 grams Apple Sauce, Unsweetened (Urtekram)
0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
120 grams Water
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Crackers

  1. Mix everything together.

  2. Spread out between two baking sheets.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius for 15-20 min.
