Recipe Ingredients for crackers

1/2 cup bran
1/4 cup flax meal
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup olive oil
2 T sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1 t baking powder

Recipe Directions for crackers

  1. mix dry,

  2. mix wet

  3. combine

  4. role out and cut

  5. bake at 325 until brown

  6. dehydrator overnight
