Recipe Ingredients for Crackers, flax & sage

2 cups unbleached flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp chopped sage
2 tbsp flax seeds
5 oz water
1 egg
1 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Crackers, flax & sage

paddle together, divide into balls, roll our thin, dock with fork and brush with egg, sprinkle with salt, bake 350 for 10-15 minutes
