Tilapia crusted with Club crackers

Recipe Ingredients for Cracker Crusted Tilapia

16 oz Tilapia, raw
6 crackers Club Crackers Original
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 cup Better'n Eggs

Recipe Directions for Cracker Crusted Tilapia

  1. Use enough all purpose flour to lightly dust the Tilapia fillets. Sprinkle Old Bay evenly over fillets.

  2. Set up breading station with egg substitute in one dish and crushed up Club crackers in another dish.

  3. Dip fillets in egg substitute. Coat fillets with cracker crumbs.

  4. Let set up 5-10 minutes.

  5. Pan fry approximately 5 minutes per side.

  6. Serve with cole slaw, salad, etc.
