SOOOOOOOO GOOD, but SOOOOOOOOOO bad!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Crack brownies

2/3 cup 2% evaporated milk
517 grams chocolate cake mix, devil's food
505 grams caramels
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups chocolate chips (milk chocolate)

Recipe Directions for Crack brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In heavy saucepan, combine caramels and 1/3 cup skim evaporated milk. cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until caramels are melted.

  2. Grease and flour a 9" x 13" baking dish.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, melted butter and the other 1/3 cup evaporated milk.

  4. Stir by hand until the dough holds together.

  5. Divide dough in half and press first half of dough into prepared baking dish.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over baked crust.

  8. Pour caramel mixture over the chocolate chips.

  9. Crumble the other half of the doug over the caramel layer.

  10. Return to the oven and bake 20 minutes

  11. Revoe and cool for 15 minutes, then cut into squareds.

  12. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  13. Return to refrigerator when not eating, as they get goopy at room temperature.
