crab meat quiche - my mom's recipe! Make sure to use the dubliner cheese for extra sharp taste. swiss cheese can be used as well.

Recipe Ingredients for Crabmeat Quiche

1 large Egg, Whole
6 tbsp French Fried Onions
8 oz Dubliner Irish Cheese
6 oz Crabmeat
8 piece (1/8 of 9" crust) Pie Crust, Standard-type

Recipe Directions for Crabmeat Quiche

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees. Combine egg, sour cream,

  2. Worchestershire sauce and salt. Stir in cheese,

  3. crabmeat and onions. Pour into baked pie shell. Bake

  4. 55 to 60 minutes. Serve hot.

  5. Although, it's good cold, too.
