Recipe Ingredients for Crabmeat Mixture for Tostadas

1/4 cup - salsa
1/4 cup - chopped onion
1/2 tsp - minced garlic
2 cups - diced tomatoes
1/4 cup - minced cilantro
524 g - cooked crab meat
24 g - lemon juice
82 g - chopped red peppers
82 g - chopped green peppers
3 cups - lettuce
225 g - sliced, canned olives
25 g - 1 chopped, green onion
140 g - 1/2 a chopped cucumber
28 g - 2 diced jalapenos, seeded
114 g - lime juice (about 3 limes worth)

Recipe Directions for Crabmeat Mixture for Tostadas

  1. Chop and dice the onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapenos, and cucumber.

  2. Mince the garlic and cilantro.

  3. Slice the black olives.

  4. Shred the crab meat.

  5. Saute the onions and garlic over medium heat.

  6. Then take everything (except the lettuce) and mix it together and let it chill for at least an hour.

  7. Take a tostada and place the lettuce on top and then the crab mixture. You're done!
