haven't tried yet, but slightly adapted from a recipe I found here (lower fat mayo and 2 egg whites instead of 1 whole egg, also larger servings)

Recipe Ingredients for Crabcakes (slightly adapted)

8 oz crabmeat
2 egg whites
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1 T. reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp mustard
1 1/2 tsp melted butter
1/2 tsp parsley
1/4 cup bread crumbs

mix all and pan-fry in cooking spray
