Sherry John's Favorites (really have no idea)

Recipe Ingredients for Crabcakes

1 pound Crab
1/4 cup Green Pepper, minced fine
1/4 cup Onion, minced fine
1/4 cup Mayonaise
1 large Egg
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1/4 tsp Worchestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Crabcakes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; should just hold together.

  2. Chill 1 hour.

  3. Fry in pan prepared with low fat cooking spray.
