Tastes fancy but is very easy to make. Got this from Recipezaar.com (You can obviously sub real crab for the immitation, but if you're on a budget the fake stuff isn't half bad).

Recipe Ingredients for Crab & Swiss Quiche

1/2 cup Nonfat Milk
1/2 cup Light Mayo
1/3 cup Scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons Flour
1 egg
12 oz. Swiss Cheese, cubed
10 oz. Immitation Crab Meat
1 pie shell

Recipe Directions for Crab & Swiss Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix first 5 ingredients throughly in large bowl then Mix in cubed Swiss

  3. Mix in drained crab meat

  4. Pour mix into an unbaked pie shell

  5. Cook for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees

  6. Serve warm
