Imitation crab & portobello mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Crab Stuffed Portobello Mushooms

2 Mushrooms, Portobello
3 tbs butter
1 tbs Flour
1 cup Milk, low fat
1 tbs dijon mustard
2 tsp sauce, Worcestershire
2 tbs sour cream
2 cups Crab, imitation
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 c parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Crab Stuffed Portobello Mushooms

Saute shopped mushroom stems in butter until soft. Add flour & mustard. Add milk, worcestershire sauce & sour cream. Add crab & lemon juice to mixture then put on top of mushrooms. Put in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Add cheese to top. bake until cheese is melted.
