2 oz cream cheese
1 tbs. Butter
1 tbs. bread crumbs
1/4 cup spinach
6 oz lump crab meat
1/2 oz of cheese
1 clove of garlic

  1. remove stem chop and fry with other vegetables & crab till tender in butter

  2. add filling to mushroom cap and top with bread crumbs broil in oven
