Recipe Ingredients for Crab Soup, Thai Style

4 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, red
2 servings chillies, red
5 clove garlic
1 lb crab meat, white
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
50 g lemons, juice
4 c vegetable stock
1 tbsp fish sauce, thai
5 oz angel hair pasta

Recipe Directions for Crab Soup, Thai Style

  1. heat oil in pan and add onion, chillies, and garlic, cook 10 min till soft

  2. take off heat, stir in crab meat, parsley, coriander, and lemon juice, set aside

  3. heat stock and fish sauce, boil then add pasta, cook for 4 min

  4. add crab mixture, bring back to a boil, simmer 2 more min
