modified from a traditional shrimp salad recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Crab salad

13 oz crab meat
1 lb Imitation Crab
1 cup uncooked rice
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
1 cup Mayo Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
1 tbs old bay seasoning

Recipe Directions for Crab salad

  1. add old bay seasoning to 4 cups water and bring to a boil

  2. add rice and boil for 20 minutes; cool.

  3. chop imitation crab, add to cooled rice

  4. add onion and mayo.

  5. mix well and chill.
