1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 pinch of dried tarragon
1 salt
1 pepper

add all ingredients together. chill. serve with rice/flax chips, on lettuce salad, add chopped avocado.
