Colorful crab salad from Celebrity Fit Club. I left out the chili sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Crab Salad

3 oz. Crab
1 cup Lettuce
1/2 tbsp. fat free Milk
2 tbsp. Reduced Fat Sour Cream
1/2 tbsp. Chopped Green Onions
1 tbsp. Chopped Red Bell Peppers
1 tbsp. Salad Dressing, Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing
1/2 tbsp. Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Crab Salad

  1. 1. Combine mayo, sour cream, milk, chili sauce, green onions, red peppers and lemon juice. Whisk together to make dressing.

  2. 2. Add 1 cup lettuce per serving bowl.

  3. 3. Mix dressing with crab meat chunks.

  4. 4. Add crab mixture to lettuce and sprinkle with chives.
