A delicious and fairly easy recipe for Crab Ragoon without frying.

Recipe Ingredients for Crab Ragoon

8 oz Neufchatel Cheese, softened
8 oz Crab Delights, finely minced
1 tbsp sugar
6 scallions, chopped finely
1 tsp onion salt
20 wonton wrappers

Recipe Directions for Crab Ragoon

  1. Set your oven to a screaming hot temperature of 475 degrees.

  2. Combine cheese, imitation crab, sugar, scallions, and onion salt and blend until well incorporated. (A food processor can be used to make mixture into a finer paste if desired.)

  3. Place a slightly rounded teaspoon of mixture into the center of wonton wrapper and fold over, crimping with a fork.

  4. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and spray both sides with PAM. Bake each side 7 minutes.
